Greetings to everyone on our mailing list!
We have more news on the line up front with more exciting additions to
the Lock Inn Stage.
BB Blackdog will headline Sunday, Scottish folk band Shooglenifty and
Billy Vincent make a return to headline Friday, a reggae DJ set by The
Rock & Roll Town Crier, Jazz Morley, Jolly Jock, DH Lawrence & The
Vaudeville Skiffle Show, Wall of Skiffle (Audience skiffle Jam), Bar
Steward Sons of Val Doonican and Frayed Knott who join already
announced Shanks Pony, DJ Bayer`s Rock Disco, Drop Bear, Pete Jackson,
Left Hand Drive, Police Dog Hogan, Beardy Keef & the Uke Ellington
Orchestra (uke jam), Lucy Ward and Will Kaufmans live documentary of
the life of Woody Guthrie.
We will be announcing details of the comedians for “Later at the
Lock Inn” which will go on until the early hours on Friday and
Saturday. We have updated the line-up below with the latest additions.
The planning is going rather well with improved facilities all over
the site including more chill out areas, over 80 artists working on
improving the site visually, more toilets in the campervan area,
campsite security being bolstered, amazing world foods, more walkabout
madness, nature trails and much more. We will be welcoming back the
Red Barrows who will be performing the daring ring of fire stunt along
with the Horse Trials which includes the new jousting tournament.
Remember this year’s theme is all things Australian to welcome the
Beards who perform on Sunday in Tornado Town.
Campervan and Live in Vehicle passes are about to sell out with less
than 10 available, and since the Stiff Little Fingers announcement the
festival has sold over 70% of our ticket allocation. Don’t leave it
too late and we look forward to welcoming you all back to Kedleston
Hall.
