Terms & Conditions

 

1) Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned after purchase.
2) The right of admission is reserved.
3) Management reserve the right to alter or, in the event of adverse weather conditions, to curtail or cancel the performance.
4) Lost tickets will not be replaced.
5) No animals permitted on site.
6) No Glass allowed on site.
7) Strictly no fireworks, or fires on site.
8) There will be no refund in event of cancellation.
9) Management reserve the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the programme if necessary.
10) Those that are, or appear to be under 18 will not be served alcohol.
11) Bearded Theory will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
12) No unauthorised sound systems allowed on site.
13) Earliest entry is 9 am on 14/05/10 & must depart by 12noon on 17/05/10.
14) All vehicles are liable to be searched, and must be parked in designated
areas as directed by traffic marshals.
15) Vehicles parked on the public highway will be towed away.
16) No day tickets are available.
17) Gates will close at 10pm 14/05/10 & 15/05/10 for entry/re-entry & will close at 4pm 16/05/10.

18) Anyone that is caught with a controlled substance will be reported to the Police immediately.

19) The festival will operate a challenge 21 system to prevent underage drinking.
